Production + Shipping 

All of our products are custom made by hand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your garment after you purchase. We promise to always ship it out no later than 3 weeks after ordering. Once shipped, items take between 3-6 days to arrive. 

Refund Policy 

Due to the made to order nature of our clothing we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.  

All Sales Final

The only exceptions are if your item was delivered and was:

  1. damaged or defective

  2. wrong item was sent

In either of these cases please contact us so we can email you a return label.

When you receive your return label:

  1. please print label and tape on the provided return package.

  2. drop off package at the pre-paid packages area of the shipping carrier listed on the label.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved and a replacement of the same item is available a replacement will be sent, if a replacement is not available a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tony Rainwater is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tony Rainwater will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect/Incomplete Adresses 

In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address shipping time will take up to a week longer from time of new address change. When emailing updated address please include order # and "Address Change" in subject line.
